Things to Do in Seattle - Dick's Burgers

Seattle loves Dicks Burgers like California loves In N Out. That pretty much describes our relationship with the small, local, 5-location fast food restaurant (with another location soon to come).

We also love them because Dick's provides great benefits for the people they hire, including paying for the education of their employees. Not many businesses (especially in fast-food) can say that.

So, enjoy the video. But just a warning, it'll probably make you hungry for some burgers.

New Issaquah High School - As of March 2011

It's hard to believe that this is where we went to high school. Looks like a commercial office building or a shopping center. The old structure remains on the left, which is what we remember (1 story, outdoor hallways).

We remember Issaquah High School as the Indians. Which was deemed politically incorrect. They go by the Eagles now. One has to wonder though if spending all that money means more success (both short term and long term) for the students. I continue to see Issaquah sports ranked high among the state schools when I read the sports section. Not sure where they rank academically though.

We had fun making this quick video during a lunch break. Mitch Montenegro videotaped while Jin and Manda acted out a couple lines. Thanks to BECU for allowing us to film outside their branch near University Village.

Freebord BEV2011

This is our 1st entry into the best edited video contest for Freebord. It features music by a friend of ours, Matt Fonner and we focused on freeriding and telling some kind of story with this video. Our 2nd entry (below) is much shorter and focuses on freestyle riding.
